By your signing our Terms of Service, you and the organization you are representing agree to the following: Upon receipt of this signed document with payment, this contract will begin. The contract will be for the period of one year, and can be renewed. Download, print and sign this aggreement.

Agreement: Statement of Faith and Terms of Service

In order to complete the application for Membership process, you must agree with the Statement of Faith and Terms of Service below. If you agree with the Terms of Service, download and sign the PDF provided and mail in with your payment after you have completed the online application form.

The Go Foundation Statement of Faith:

We believe in the authority of Scripture and its power to provide direction and purpose for our lives.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

We believe in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ who died on the cross as the substitute for our sin.

We believe that Christians should develop in their faith and be committed to a life of personal devotion to God. Commitment is expressed through corporate and private worship, participation in small group Bible study, and meaningful service in a ministry, giving financially in a God-honoring way and intentionally introducing others to a personal relationship with God.

The Go Foundation Terms of Service

We consent and agree with the doctrine of The Go Foundation and commit to abide by the terms as outlined in the member agreement.
