(Matthew 24:19-20). We want to encourage you in your call to serve God in missions and want to help you in your search for exactly where He is calling you. While we encourage you in seeking God's direction for your life, we also want to make you aware that there are various risks involved in mission work. Because of the risks that are involved, we request that you personally investigate and assess the risks involved in any particular trip and location to which you may travel. While it is certainly not our intention to discourage you from going, you must give thoughtful consideration as to what exactly you may encounter as you travel to and from and serve on the mission field.
