Upon receipt of this signed document with payment, this contract will begin. The contract will be for the period of one year, and can be renewed.
- You agree with the Doctrinal Statement of The Go Foundation.
- Annual payment is required for membership with The Go Foundation.
- Acceptance of requests for membership with The Go Foundation will be at the sole discretion of The Go Foundation, its staff and board.
- The information you post on The Go Foundation.com is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You agree to make every effort that your information is complete and as accurate as possible, and to immediately make changes to your postings if warranted.
- All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening, obscene, demeaning to others, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Information that promotes any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our website and servers or any other server on the internet is prohibited. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
- Examples of non-acceptable content or links:
- Pornographic Content
- Pirated software
- Hackers programs or archives
- Warez Sites
- Distribution points
- IRC Bots
- Copyrighted Mp3, File Storage Download sites
- Subhosting - any domain housing additional users without first clearing it with us.
- Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution
- Shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

- Website and Server Abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to our website and server is strictly prohibited.
- Email:
You agree that you will not disclose to any other organization or third party, any information you collect or receive about persons who have registered with The Go Foundation. The information we disclose to you about persons who have registered with The Go Foundation is not to be misused. Among some forms of misuse, we consider spam a misuse of the information we divulge to you. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation can result in termination of this contract.
- Indemnification:
You agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold The Go Foundation harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against The Go Foundation, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Go Foundation against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products or services sold or otherwise distributed in connection with The Go Foundation; (2) any services or materials supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement.
- Refusal of Service:
The Go Foundation reserves the right to cancel membership at any time for any reason.
- Disclaimer:
The Go Foundation will not be responsible for any damages or litigation your organization may suffer. The Go Foundation makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. The Go Foundation reserves the right to revise its policies and terms of service at any time without prior notification.
By signing this contract, constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of The Go Foundation's terms of service.
